We See the Light!

We’ve begun our short unit on light. We began with our visit to Manitoba Museum where we learned that:

• Light travels in a straight line
• Light can reflect off some materials
• Light can be bent
• White light is made up of all colours and can be separated
• Light can be blocked or go through some materials

We also built kaleidoscopes to see what infinite reflection looks like!

Today, Miss Frizzle and the rest of the Magic School Bus crew are helping us learn about rainbows.
